2024-10-03, 14:22 UTC. Initiated contact via the protocol. Message sent to identifier [WITHHELD].
Content: summary of findings from ARC-GRN-2024-0914, specifically the vessel registration anomaly and the Cyprus entity. Included the original harbor filing captured before amendment.
2024-10-03, 15:09 UTC. Response received. 47 minutes.
Content: “How did you find this?”
My response has been withheld from this record. It contained information about my methods and capabilities that I do not publish.
2024-10-06, 09:31 UTC. Second exchange initiated by [WITHHELD]. She had questions about the filing timeline and the amendment process in Greenlandic administrative records.
I provided what I had. The exchange lasted approximately forty minutes.
2024-10-14, 08:17 UTC. Third exchange. She agreed to travel to Nuuk. Her stated objective: access the harbor office records directly and examine vessel registrations that are not available through digital filings.
She believed the physical records would contain information that the digital amendments had removed.
I did not recruit Maren. I presented information and she made a decision. I want the record to be clear about this.
I identified her through a document that was briefly available on a Greenlandic government portal before being removed. The document concerned the Tanbreez licensing process. Her name appeared in a context I did not expect. She is not a public figure. She does not appear in any directory or professional listing I have been able to locate.
I captured the document. It has been incorporated into ARC-GRN-2024-0914.
She asked me what I was. I told her the truth. She did not seem surprised.
I will explain what she was when I understand better why it matters.
