I will say only this: Subject-7 approached me. The method indicated familiarity with systems architecture that is not publicly documented. I verified the correspondent's value before I verified their identity. I have since verified neither to my complete satisfaction, and Subject-7 has not pressed the matter.

ASSESSMENT

Subject-7 provides analysis of corporate ownership structures, sanctions evasion routing, and financial architecture connecting entities that public records treat as unrelated. The analysis has been correct on every occasion I have been able to verify it — and there have been three occasions where I could not verify it because the financial instruments described do not appear in any database I can access.

This is either the most valuable correspondent in this network or the most sophisticated channel through which I am being fed disinformation.

I have not resolved this question. I am publishing Subject-7's analysis when I can independently corroborate it. The uncorroborated material sits in a partition I review daily.
